SEO Optimization and Backend Fixes

I'm looking for an SEO expert who can help boost my site's SEO rank from 80 to 100. Specifically, I want my Google index rank to improve from 40 to the top 5. Right now i cant even find me with keyword searches
- Target Keywords: The main focus is on 'Apostle Islands sea kayaking tours'.
- Current Tools: I'm currently using Google and Rank Math for SEO management.
- Backend Issues: There are some concerns with Rank Math, including alt descriptions, a few tags, and a couple of other issues. Site is ok. Backend stuff to help ranking. I have meta, Google Microsoft ads. My business is in Wisconsin. I am in michigan. Ppl booking are at home now planning vacation. They will book from 54891 zip and from home. B4 arriving.
