Real Estates Web app for listing land parcel

I'm looking to design a Web app where customers can locate/view on a map app, parcels of lands that are available for sale and then contact info for the land owner.
The user can browse the map, zoom in/zoom out, then select the parcel they are interested in. This will give them information on the lot size/location/price/pictures/videos... Registered users have the option to view contacts information for the land owner.
In the backend, I will enter the GPS coordinates that identify a piece of land along with other basic info that are relevant to the users, like size of land / dimensions /price/etc... Once this information entered, it would be added to the database and then made available to the users to browse immediately.
IMPORTANT: Only 1-2 people can add new plot of land in the backend.
From the user experience, this app needs to be interactive and very lively.
I'm ok if there is already an approved similar application that can be used and modified to fit my needs. For example using the Google map API to show polygon??
Only developers with experience will be considered.
