Map pin dropper

Page displays a map, on which the viewer can move a pin around (drop a pin somewhere on the map). This might be, for example, their delivery address.

Then the page returns the map location / coordinates.

If this can be done using Google Maps APIs that would be great. If not, let me know good alternatives that can be used.
