Looking for Vue.js expert

I am looking for a Vue.JS (version 2) expert to help design and build a dashboard with real-time metrics.

This dashboard will require account creation and user authentication using JWT (the REST API + JWT is already implemented in production). The dashboard shall include several views including :

Overview (cards with photos, text and links to respective dashboards)
Analytics View (chart js + Google Maps)
Real-time View (chart.js + Google Maps + websocket)
Enrollment form (populated from API)
Login
Create Account
Note: This is a frontend only task; all back-end services are already built and available in a production environment.
