We are looking for a skilled developer to create a job board/applicant tracking software with the following features:
- Resume parsing: The software should be able to extract relevant information from resumes and automatically populate candidate profiles.
- Customizable application forms: We need the ability to create and customize application forms to collect specific information from candidates.
- Advanced search filters: The software should have advanced search capabilities, allowing us to filter and search for candidates based on specific criteria. We want to include mapbox api for resume searching
In addition, we require the software to have the ability to track candidates through the hiring process. This will help us easily manage and monitor the progress of each candidate.
Furthermore, there is a possibility that we may need the job board/applicant tracking software to integrate with other existing systems. While this is not a definite requirement, having the flexibility to integrate with other systems would be beneficial.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
