Interactive online map with shared placeholders

The project consists in creating an interactive map to be shared online with other users.
Features should be:
- Ability to indicate the precise point on the map with different types of placeholders, identifying the subject who reports and with the possibility of adding one or more photos;
- Centralized notification system for those who administer the portal / map
- Possibility to share the coordinates on social networks;
- Ability to create an application with these characteristics;
- Use updated google maps
