Interactive map for people to use their camera to drop an image as a marker with a poi description, and keeping the user info and cords and info in a database

I am looking for a developer to create an interactive map using Google Maps. The map should allow users to drop an image as a marker and provide a point of interest (POI) description.
- The map should be accessible on both web and mobile platforms.
- User registration should be required for image upload, allowing us to keep track of user information, coordinates, and additional details in a database.
Skills and experience required for this project:
- Proficiency in Google Maps API and integration
- Strong knowledge of web and mobile development
- Experience with user registration and database management
