Interactive Real Estate Map using Google Maps
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I'm looking for an experienced developer to create an interactive Google Maps-based real estate map application. The front end should use Bootstrap. We have geo coordinates in our mysql database, as well as, all other property details.
The primary function of this map will be to display property listings. It should enable users to search for properties based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to:
- Price
- Location
- Type of property
- Number of bedrooms
- Number of washrooms
- etc.
Search results should be sortable.
Users should be able to draw polygon to choose which area they are looking for properties.
Schools, shopping, and other significant features should be visible on the map.
An important feature of the map is the ability for users to save their favorite properties.
The ideal candidate for this project would have excellent experience in web development, particularly with Google Maps API, and a strong understanding of real estate property listings. A knack for creating user-friendly, intuitive interfaces would be a significant advantage.
Properties will be across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, etc. with more countries being added as the platform grows.
