Interactive Community Map Development

I need a developer to create an interactive map for a community with 3000 lots. Please check the high resolution map attached. Each lot should be clickable. Upon clicking a lot, a new page should open displaying property details for that specific lot. A search bar should be implemented for users to search by lot number, street name, price, etc.
