Backend (Admin Panel) Functions:
The main functions include:

Creating inspection tasks in the backend by batch-importing data provided by different vendors.

Assigning tasks to different worker groups.

Main Backend Interfaces:

Vendor Management (Import tasks from vendors)

Group Management (Create groups under each vendor)

Employee Management (Assign employees to groups; one employee can belong to multiple groups)

Reports (Generate three types of Word documents)

Frontend (Mobile Web or App):
A mobile version of the website or a mobile app is required for field workers to view and complete their tasks.
The tasks involve inspecting public facilities on the roads (e.g., water valves, fire hydrants, manhole covers).

Each task location will be marked on Google Maps.
Workers should be able to update information and take photos upon arrival at the designated location.
They should also be able to upload photos and add new facilities when needed.

Displays task markers for pending tasks.

Clicking a marker shows an update form.

The form includes fields and photo upload functionality.

A mechanism for auto-upload should be implemented:

If the network is unstable, photos and data should be stored locally and automatically uploaded once the network is restored.
