Help Me Make My List of Locations with Google Maps

Hi I have a list of locations and I'm trying to use Google maps to post the user coords back to my query so the distance condition works (which helps me show how many miles away the user is from each location). I know I need to use Ajax to post the coords back to my query. I just need help.

Also, I have a search input for address that I want to use Google places when the user starts typing.

I already have all this in my Locations page but I need it in another page too and cannot get it to work
