A Google maps expert required

I am looking for a Google Maps expert to help me create multiple locations and reviews on my account. I need someone who knows how to do this correctly, without violating any policies. Specifically, I need help with adding the locations and reviews, as I have not done so yet. The project needs to be completed within a week. Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
