Google Maps & Scheduling for Website

Hello I'm looking to receive general estimates for designing a custom map/scheduling/quote tool for a small towing company. Ideally, the customer would visit the website, locate themselves(or their vehicle's breakdown location) and place a pin. Next they would pin their choice of destination and answer a few specific vehicle questions. Once submitted, they would receive 3 quotes, based on priority, along with estimated time of arrivals for each. If they select a tier/package, their payment could then be processed - adding their job to the company's work-flow. More features would be desired in the future, the main goal to ease the workload of a dispatcher.
