Google Maps Boundaries on WordPress Website

I have a WP website https://zip.guide that uses Google Maps API to create listings and display maps of neighborhoods.
Currently my listings look like this: https://zip.guide/place/north-image-vancouver-wa/
Displays the map with Google Places but doesn't show boundaries of the area and I would like to have boundaries auto generated on the map of the listings based on the address or the neighborhood. This boundary already exists on Google Maps app but doesn't show up on WordPress website.
