Front End GIS Data Visualization Web

I need a front-end web developer with expertise in GIS to create a website for visualizing geospatial data. The primary focus of this project is data visualization through an interactive and user-friendly interface using Google Maps or leaflet as the mapping service.
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in front-end web development
- Extensive experience with GIS and geospatial data visualization
- Proficient in using API to retrieve USGS data
- Understanding of creating user-friendly interfaces
The goal of this project is to create a website that allows users to submit date and location information and retrieve list of available Landsat imagery from USGS then user selects a date and an AOI then submit a processing request that will invoke a backend code that will produce raster product to visualize , download and interact with geospatial data in an intuitive way. The website should be able to handle complex data sets and present them in a clear and concise manner.
