Field Ops App

I'd like to create an app that can be used to survey neighborhood conditions, such as storefront vacancy, street asset conditions, issues like graffiti, etc. Part of the requirements for this project include the app being integrated with our main web application called Ginkgo (www.ginkgo.city). We have a collection of public REST endpoints as well as an integration with Zapier to help facilitate this.
