Customizes Google Map to use on a parade site

We need Customized Google Map, using Google Maps Platform, to use on a parade site where we show the following information. This will be a base map and we will need instructions on how to make additional updates. We will need all access to the Google maps Platform set up for this project.

-Highlight Route (reference attached map)
-Add Start and End markers
-Add green colors to base map
-Add 10 or so business location markers
-Will need to embed into a website
