Custom Waypoints Mapping on Web

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a mapping solution integrated with Google Maps for a web application. The project involves:
- Creating custom waypoints represented as markers with labels.
- Incorporating specific features for these waypoints, namely making them clickable for more information.
- I would like for the waypoints to include a link which would open up Google maps.
- the website should be designed to work on mobiles primarily.
- I would like to be able to update the waypoints by updating a table. And to have different waypoints based on categories which can be filtered on and off.
