WP Cost Estimation Configuration
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
Job Title:
Configure WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder for 3D Projection Mapping Business
Job Description:
We need an experienced WordPress developer to fully configure the WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder (by Loopus) plugin on our website. This form must provide a quick and accurate price estimate for clients based on several conditions related to a 3D projection mapping service.
The plugin is already installed (v10.2.4) and working — we need your help building the full logic into it.
Pricing Logic to Implement:
Daily Booking Charges:
Day 1 = £700 (base rate)
Each additional day = £200
On the 8th day, the cycle restarts, so:
Day 8 = £700
Days 9–14 = £200/day
Day 15 = £700
etc.
This loop must apply dynamically depending on the total number of days.
Distance-Based Charges:
Job Location Travel Fee = £3 per mile
Distance calculated from our base postcode: B1 2JL (Birmingham)
Mandatory Site Visit / Onsite Demo = £1.50 per mile (charged at same mileage)
Both charges must be included automatically in the estimate based on Google Maps API and user-entered address.
Visual Content Charges:
Client must select from:
“Use Library/Stock Visuals” = £0
“Create Custom Visuals” = Add up to £300 (can be flat or conditional depending on selection)
User Experience Requirements:
Clients should only see a total estimated cost — no breakdown
The estimate should be emailed to the client automatically upon submission
The email should include a short message + CTA link to book or speak with us
Client must enter:
Location/postcode
Projection type: Indoor or Outdoor
Start date and end date
Description of their requirement
Whether they want custom visuals or stock visuals
Their email
Must-Have Plugin Features Working:
Google Maps API integration enabled
{distance} variable auto-calculated and used in pricing formulas
Email notification system set up properly
Total pricing field displayed cleanly on final step only
Deliverables:
Fully functional cost estimation form with all logic applied
Tested and mobile-responsive
Final documentation or walk-through video (if possible)
Plugin Info:
Plugin: WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder v10.2.4
Author: Loopus (CodeCanyon)
Already installed & ready
Base Location:
B1 2JL – Birmingham, UK
