Combine 3D Google Maps Features

I have created two 3D maps using Google's 3D map maker, one with markers and another with polygons and lines. I'm struggling to combine these two features into one comprehensive map.

I need a skilled map developer who can take these two maps and integrate them into a single interactive 3D map with the following characteristics:
- The final map should be interactive with data layers.
- It should incorporate custom icons as markers instead of standard pushpins.
- Simple shapes should be used for the polygons.
