Build a web-based availability communication tool

We run a small fleet of mobile engineers, completing work at different locations every day across the Uk. We have a need for a software system to inform our sales team when we still have slots available, with their day/time, location and length of time available. It will need to integrate with Jotform/zapier/servicem8/google sheets and will likely include some kind of calendar view, but I’m open to thoughts on how this could be done.
