Advanced Route Planning with Stops (MERN stack preferred)

For this project I am looking for an experienced full stack developer.
This project is meant to be used by package delivery professionals with multiple deliveries per day and includes knowledge of:
- Google Maps coordinates
- API receives several unordered stops with coordinates, finds the quickest route plan for them and sends it back to the frontend
- Frontend to display Google Maps with the quickest route as calculated by the API
- Frontend to display the route with the stops in the correct order, complete with start times, end times, times between and service time per stop.
- Print function
Much more is specified in the attached 2 documents.
Please read both documents carefully and don't just respond with a generic text. I will automatically decline them if I have the feeling that you didn't even bother to read the documents I have created with care.
Extra appreciated if you can find things to do it even better.
Quality over time.
This will also be a project to test both your hard skills and your soft skills. I am currently working with a great full stack developer, but I need another one for my projects.
