Advanced App Script for Service Automation

I need an expert in App Script to develop an application that will standardize information exchange, automate data management processes, and improve service delivery in my organization. This project requires a deep understanding of automating tasks, data analysis, and creating custom functions.
Key Functions Required:
1. Sending Automated Emails.
2. Updating Spreadsheets.
3. Facilitate Interaction Between Caregivers, Care Recipients, and CHWs.:
- This includes incorporating a messaging/chat feature, appointment scheduling, and task assignments within the application.
4. Manage the scheduling and tracking services.
5. Capture structured responses for assessments or screenings in the system.
The ideal freelancer for this project should have experience in the development of App Script applications, specifically in automating tasks, handling data analysis, and creating custom functions. Experience in working with health care delivery management systems is a plus. I prefer someone who is task focused, delivers on time and maintains good communication.
