Address Boundary Check using Google Maps and Google Sheets

I would like to set up a Google Sheet of addresses of Little League baseball players and check to see if they live inside a boundary (polygon) created using Google Maps. Then I need a return entry if the address is inside or outside the drawn boundary. Attached is the KML file of the drawn boundary and address data for testing. This needs to be built inside a Google Sheet to live permanently.
