The connection to the firestore database is already made and the logins of each section work, they were made by another programmer.
TopConsulting System:
A management system must be created to control the clients and collaborators of a company that carries out legal procedures, translations, legal advice, etc.
TopConsulting will have three sections that will be connected to each other through the services that are contracted in the clients section.
Clients Section:
They will log in with a social media account or with an email and password.
In this section you can choose from a menu of options with images the services you want to contract and add them to a shopping cart.
The cart will be able to see, edit and delete its content, the cart will have a button at the top that will request services and pay.
It will be shown in a tab with the title Status of my contracted services, their status will be shown with the possibility in an “edit area” field to ask for some detail. These questions can be seen in the Collaborators section and the Admin Dashboard, Admin will assign that service or question to one or more collaborators. When there is a change in the status of the requested services or a question is asked, emails or push notifications will be sent to each person involved.
Subcontracted Collaborators Section:
Collaborators will log in with a social network account or with their email and password.
Collaborators will be able to see the services that have been assigned to them by the Admin Dashboard only, their status and the questions of the assigned clients. Being able to change the status of the service to Completed.
You can answer in the "Edit area" field the questions you receive about the service you have contracted in TopConsulting.
Admin Dashboard section:
This section will only log in the admin with email, all the services offered by TopConsulting will be displayed on the screen, being able to do a CRUD of everything, it will have a client and collaborator agenda in different tabs, where the folders with the services assigned to each will be displayed. each client and each collaborator.
The collaborators tab will have to show for each collaborator the assigned services, assigned clients, quantity of services and price of these with total.
Admin Dashboard will assign the services requested by the clients to the collaborators, you will be able to change the status of the services in: "In progress, almost finished, problems, completed", these statuses are seen by the clients and the assigned collaborators in their sections and they will be will notify you with an email or a push notification.
Admin Dashboard can do CRUD with the clients and collaborators section in addition to the services offered section.
Admin Dashboard will be able to consult statistics of services with prices and clients through graphs, summary of services sold, services in progress, services almost finished, services with problems and services completed.
Admin Dashboard will be able to invoice your clients through an invoice template on the same screen.
The three accesses to the program will be made from three different logins through three different links: Admin, Collaborator, Customer. From each firebase login, the data will be filtered according to the UID of each user, except the admin UID that will see everything and will CRUD everything.
Admin in each section will be able to create a client or collaborator user with a password and the program will register it in firebase as a user.
The client will be able to create his own username and password in the section of selecting service to the cart when he goes to pay for the selected services.
