SPA Mobile Ready Traffic Log App (Phase 1/40)

This project is a small phase of a much larger project. This is phase 1 of 40.
This first phase is to based on the YouTube tutorial by The Net Ninja named Firebase Auth Tutorial. We require a usr signup registration page, a login page, recovery of forgotten password feature, social media sign in/up
options with Google or Facebook accounts, and a user management admin back end.
The Signup credential required will be first name, last name, email address, mobile phone number, and password.
On the back end and user management there will be two unique details for each user that will be set manually by the admin/manager after a users signs up and is registered, as follows:
User Access Level: Guard, Security Compnay, Manager, Admin , Land Owner, Guest, Energy Operator, and RT-Screen.
Location Permission: Location_01, Location_02, Location_03, Location_04, Location_05
