CV Matching Platform Development
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I'm looking for a developer to create a CV matching platform with the following features:
- Automated Matching Algorithm: This is the core functionality of the platform. The algorithm should be able to assess the compatibility of candidates based on their CVs and the requirements of the job postings.
- Candidate Profile Creation: The platform should allow for the creation of detailed candidate profiles. These profiles should be built from the information provided in their CVs, as well as additional data gathered during the application process.
The platform will not require any integrations with existing job posting sites or company HR systems. It will function as a standalone system.
As for user roles, the platform should accommodate:
- Admin: This role will have full access to the system and will be responsible for managing the platform.
- Recruiters: This role will have access to the candidate profiles and will be able to utilize the matching algorithm to find suitable candidates.
- Job Seekers: This role will be able to create a profile, submit their CV and apply for jobs.
Ideal skills for this project include software development, experience with creating matching algorithms, and understanding of user interface design to cater to the three different user roles. Previous experience in developing similar platforms will be a strong advantage.
