Fix Cloud Messaging on Android and IOS app -- 2

Cloud messaging works well before but it stopped working recently. Need an experienced developer to check the code on our system. Previous experience with FCM is required. A few developers have tried to fix but could not find out the problem. If you have no experience with Firebase Cloud Messaging, please do not bid.
