Firebase Trigger Email extension Amazon SES - fix

I installed Trigger Email extension configured with Amazon SES settings. It installed so it should be configured properly, but not getting an email through my web app.

I need someone who has done this before who can create a file in Firebase directly to test email and fix the issue
