Firebase + React Developer for Pet Verification Dashboard Integration

We’re looking for a freelance developer to build a lightweight web dashboard for PetProov – a UK-based identity verification platform for the pet industry. The dashboard will allow our clients (breeders, shelters, etc.) to log in, initiate ID checks, and view verification results, all powered by Firebase and integrated with SendGrid and Onfido.

You can either work with our existing Lovable.dev-generated UI or rebuild the frontend in React if needed – we’re flexible on that as long as the functionality is delivered.

Core Requirements:

✅ Firebase Authentication
– Implement secure client login and logout
– Admins must be able to manually create accounts
– Session management and route protection

✅ Firestore Integration
– Store and retrieve user-specific verification checks
– Display check data (status, risk score, timestamp) in a dashboard UI

✅ Initiate New Verification Flow
– Allow user to input email and select Buyer or Breeder
– Save check record in Firestore
– Trigger email via SendGrid with secure verification link

✅ Onfido Webhook Integration
– Receive and store results from completed ID checks
– Update Firestore check status and score
– Display updated data in UI

Real-time UI updates using onSnapshot
Familiarity with Firebase Admin SDK
