Ecommerce and Brand Marketing App Development

Payment will be made in Milestones. Don't ask anything in advance. I'll first take your interview, Will decide to give you the project or not.
After that I'll award you the project and create a milestone of 25% first. After you completing the 25% work, I'll release the first milestone.
Source code of this app will be my property and it must be handed over to me without any questions in perfectly working condition only.
It's backend should be on firebase.
There should be Customer Panel.
There should be merchant panel.
There should be admin panel.
There should be Customer care panel on admin panel. Whenever any customer will raise any ticket, a ticket number should be generated and will be shared with customer and admin or concerned department. When concerned department or staff will act on that ticket, a notification should be sent to buyer and admin or concerned department panel that this person did this activity on this ticket at this time or date. Admin or customer can close the ticket anytime.
I need an Android app. I would like it designed and built. In this app, we want that people should create a short video of their favourite products, brands, shops, showrooms, restaurants, clubs, gyms, training institutes etc.
There should be option to make purchases of all products, coupons, services According to categories only.
Short videos should be like Instagram Reels or Shorts etc. Where people can like, share or comment. Each like will be equal to each point. 10 Likes will be equal to 1 Rupee and it will go maximum upto 500 INR .
That amount can be converted into cash discount in any shopping on our app.
There should be video creation option, shopping panel icon, settings icon, search icon on the footer of the app.
Customer can see all the shopping or content creation records anything anytime on their customer dashboard.
Customer can select any products or categories to create content or shopping.
When any customer purchase any product, an order will go to admin and shipping department and merchant.
When any order is packed and dispatched, a notification should go to customer, merchant, admin also, mentioning that this order was dispatched at that this time, this date, by this merchant and this login panel with this i.p and computer or mobile.
After a money transaction is made and return period is over, customer should get an option to post a feedback and review on merchant's profile.
All the signup should be done with mobile otp and email verification only.
Merchant will have to upload their KYC documents on their panel and concerned department will approve or disapprove it. On its approval or disapproval, merchant should get a notification on email and Mobile.
Admin should have the right to block, suspend or reinstate any user.
If any customer post any negative feedback on any merchant profile, only customer or admin can remove it.
Admin can download any user data or sales history anytime datewise, daywise, custom dates.
When customer will Shop anything offline from our registered merchant's shops and upload the bill on our app, reward points will be added to user's wallet which can be redeemed as discount.
