Dynamic Exam Builder Platform
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I’m looking for a web developer who can take me from concept to production on a web-based system that does two things exceptionally well: manage a reusable question bank and deliver an intuitive exam-taking flow for students.
The core of the project is question bank management. I need to be able to upload hundreds and also single question of questions in one action (CSV, XLSX or similar), have them automatically slotted into the bank, and later pull any subset into a new test. Because I run IELTS and CELPIP preparation programs, the bank must comfortably store every format those exams demand—multiple-choice, short answer, essay style and any other default question types those modules require.
Once the questions are in, I want to assemble exams dynamically: pick a template, set timing rules, randomise order if I wish, publish, and share a link or assign directly to a learner cohort. On the student side the flow should feel like a real test environment: clear navigation, persistent timer, autosave, and instant submission confirmation. After completion, automated scoring should kick in wherever question type allows; for open-ended answers I just need them preserved neatly for manual marking.

• bulk-upload and search/filter tools for the question bank
• Exam builder that lets me mix questions, set rules, and preview before launch
• Student interface that mirrors IELTS/CELPIP timing and navigation norms, works on desktop and mobile
• Basic analytics (scores, completion time, item statistics) presented in a clean report view
• Source code, installation guide, and a short hand-off session so I can manage future uploads myself
