Document Management on Firebase

I'm looking for an experienced Firebase developer to help design a document storage system. The system will require:

- Uploading and downloading of documents
- Searching and retrieving stored documents

All of these operations need to be done with public access. The ideal candidate for this project must have a deep understanding of Firebase's capabilities and security measures. Experience in creating similar systems will be a significant advantage.
