Develop a Simple mobile app for a Location-Based Discovery platform

We're initiating a project aimed at connecting individuals through location-based content sharing.
Core Features:
User Sign-Up/Log-In: Secure authentication process, enabling users to register and manage their own accounts.
Creating and Viewing Posts: Capability for users to generate text-based content and view others' posts.
Map View: Integration of a map to visualize the location aspect of posts, with basic user interaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Flutter for cross-platform mobile app development, demonstrated through a portfolio or case studies.
