Build me a hybrid flutter app

I need a simple app in flutter with email Sign In and jwt Token with verified Signature. Token should be verified https://jwt.io/ website. App will have these screens: signup, login, splash, profile and about. App will be connected to Firebase Firestore. Must be expert in firestore security rules.

App deliverables will be p Clean Sourcecode, Document that clearly explains all.
