Teachable PDF Audit & Fixes
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’ve uploaded roughly 2,600 PDF lesson files to my Teachable account—13 courses, each with 20–21 chapters and 10 lesson parts per chapter. Before I launch, I need a meticulous pass through every PDF to confirm that each file contains at least two pages. Page 2 only has to hold a few lines of text; it simply can’t be blank.
We believe we have around 100 of these PDFs.
Here’s how I’d like the work handled:
• Log in to my Teachable school (credentials supplied once we start)
• Open each PDF directly from the curriculum area
• If a file falls short of the two-page minimum, copy its Teachable URL into a shared Google Doc I’ll set up for you
That document will become the basis for phase 2, where we regenerate those short PDFs with Grok and republish them. I’ll quote that follow-up separately once we know the exact count, so for now just focus on the audit and reporting.
Accuracy and speed are critical; every PDF must be opened, not just spot-checked, and the URL list needs to be up to date and clearly formatted.
Let me know your timeframe to complete the audit and any prior experience you have working inside Teachable or managing bulk course content.
