Paper to Digital Data Entry

I have several batches of paper documents—some purely numerical tables, others paragraphs of text, and many pages that blend the two—that must be keyed into a consistent digital format. This is a straight data-entry project: no transcription of audio, no online scraping, just accurate typing from paper sources into a file I can immediately work with.

The source pages are cleanly printed or handwritten in clear block letters, so legibility will not be an issue; what matters is zero-error transfer. I will supply high-resolution scans in PDF form, grouped by folder and page number, along with a template spreadsheet and a simple text-document structure to follow. Please keep the original order and apply the exact spelling, punctuation, and numerical values you see on each page.

Delivery expectations
• An Excel workbook (.xlsx) populated row by row for the numerical sections.
• A Word or Google Docs file for the text-only pages, formatted exactly like the sample I provide.
• A quick turnaround on the first 20 pages so I can spot-check your accuracy before we move on.
