Need headers and page numbers added to a Mac Pages document

I have a Mac Pages document (a book - 185 pages long) and I need page numbers and headers added. However, the page numbers should only begin at the Prologue and should not appear on blank pages. Also, the headers should be different on the left and right sides, and should not appear on blank pages or on the first page of a section.
