I have all the written descriptions and high-resolution images ready—I now need them laid out into a polished, modern-style portfolio. The final piece must be delivered as a press-quality PDF that flows cleanly from project to project, showcases the visuals prominently, and follows the specific brand colors I’ll share once we start.

Please build the document in Google Docs so I can make quick copy tweaks later, then export that file to the PDF. Clean typography, balanced white space, and a cohesive visual rhythm are priorities; I’m picturing something fresh and contemporary rather than classic or minimalist.
