Google Docs - Format boxes, highlight and make drop down list

Hi,
This job has THREE tasks.
They all involve GOOGLE DOCS.
You must use GOOGLE DOCS only and NOT MS Word.
The tasks:
1. Make check boxes so they can be CLICKED.
2. Make it so anytime a box is changed/altered that it becomes BOLD and HIGHLIGHTED
3. Make a drop down list that allows for MULTIPLE CHOICES to be chosen.
