Google Docs Expert (someone for indexing + more)

Hello - I am looking for a Google Docs expert to help me organize documents that I have for creative projects I am indexing. I would like to be able to work with someone long term. Someone who can help me to expand our capabilities for each project by perhaps, helping me to create a way to make add on features (such as graphic design elements, budgets for projects, etc) for each individual project entry. I don't know what is currently possible and what we will need to create ourselves. I need you to be able to be the one to take the leadership for this role.
