Utilizing your skills in scripting, your main task will be to develop a feature that enables an action when a user clicks on a cell within a specific column. To make this a success, you should:

"When ever user clicks on a cell in column C, for popup (yes/no) to show up, and if clicked on yes, for that cell to be populated with today's date. If clicked on no, not to perform this function for 15 seconds."
