Format 11 Google Docs to Match Original PDFs (Text & Layout)
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Project Overview:
We have 11 documents that need to be formatted. We have already scanned the original PDFs and converted the text into Google Docs using AI.
We are looking for a meticulous freelancer to take the existing Google Docs and format them so they are visual replicas of the original PDFs.
What We Provide:
- The Original PDF: The visual reference containing the correct layout, images, and diagrams.
- The Google Doc: Contains the raw text converted from the scan.
Your Responsibilities:
- Layout Matching: Adjust margins, fonts, spacing, indentation, and headers/footers in the Google Doc to match the PDF exactly.
- Image & Diagram Insertion: You must take screenshots/crops of diagrams, charts, and photos from the PDF and insert them into the correct positions within the Google Doc.
- OCR Cleanup: Since the text was scanned, you must correct any typos, formatting errors, or "garbage text" (weird symbols) that occurred during conversion.
Requirements:
- Expert proficiency in Google Docs (specifically wrapping text around images and handling tables).
- Ability to extract high-quality images/crops from PDFs.
- Extreme attention to detail (spotting OCR errors like "1" vs "l").
