Eastern Time Admin Assistant
Budget: $5 – $25 USD
I run a fast-moving operation and need a versatile administrative partner who can work on, or very near, Eastern Time. The single most critical piece is creating and maintaining our documents in Google Workspace. Day to day you will polish and format client reports, build slide presentations, keep data-heavy Sheets current, and craft marketing mailers—all while making sure everything lives in a well-structured Drive with clear, share-ready permissions.
Beyond documents, I rely on you to:
• keep my Gmail inbox and Google Calendar calmly organised,
• push out scheduled mailers and light social posts,
• log quick follow-ups with clients or vendors so nothing slips.
A successful fit is comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive management, has sharp written English, and can overlap a minimum of four business hours between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET. Daily communication and an end-of-day summary are expected.
Deliverables include:
1. Clean, version-controlled Drive folders.
2. Up-to-date reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
3. Ready-to-send marketing mailers.
4. Brief daily status recap.
When you respond, mention your typical ET working window and share one Google Doc or Deck you created (view-only link is fine).
