Create Google Docs Template from Google Sheets Letterhead "Exact Same Layout"

Recreate our existing Google Sheets letterhead as a Google Docs template, built from scratch (no copy-paste), with a 100% identical layout and formatting.

This is the view-only link; we will share an editable link with the selected Candidate.
What you will do:
Set the exact page size & margins (Paper size is letter size, not A4).
Rebuild header & footer (logo, address, lines/dividers, icons) to match the Sheet.
Match fonts, sizes, weights, colors, spacing, and alignment exactly.
Create proper text styles (Title, Headings, Normal, lists) so users can type without breaking the design.
Lock the structure: header/footer stay fixed; only body is editable.
Ensure PDF export from Docs looks 100% identical to the Sheet version.
Must-haves:
From scratch only (no copy/paste or import tricks).
Pixel-perfect match: no visual differences at all.
Uses Google Docs styles, not manual inline formatting.
Clean, editable template no hidden tables or hacks.
Deliverables:
1 × Google Docs template (.gdoc) ready for use in our Drive.
1 × PDF export for side-by-side Comparison & approval.
Note: The selected candidate must be ready to provide up to 5 revisions.
