AppSheet Expert advice - I pay by the hour for ongoing consultation

I would like to record a video to Google Drive but also create a new record in a google sheet once the video is uploaded. I also need to indicate which user this video should be assigned to so that user can have access to it through AppSheet. Please indicate your prior projects or expereince for AppSheet. I am willing to pay up to $70/hr for consultation and training. I do not need professional solution, I only need to learn how to handle certain taks in AppSheet for prototyping purposes.
