Set up Google Data Studio Dashboard

We have a custom application built on Laravel 5.6 that is a booking platform and app. It is hosted on AWS. We also use Hubspot to store customer information.
We would like to set up a Dashboard in a tool like Google Data Studio that allows us to pull in data from our platform, Hubspot (our CRM and marketing tool) and Google Analytics etc so that we can cut and slice data round:
User signups
Bookings (eg. when are bookings being made, how long before a booking is the booking being made, how many people are repeat bookers, etc)
Membership purchases and renewals
Venue sign ups
etc
