Migration and Optimization of Website from Back Office to Front Office
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We are looking for an experienced web developer to assist in migrating our website from the back office to the front office. Our current live site is www.allo-reparateur.tn, and we have been working on a new site in the back office at dev.allo-reparateur.tn. The goal is to migrate to the VPS server of the front office site.
Tasks to be Completed Before Migration:
Site Optimization:
Ensure all aspects of the site are optimized for fast loading times and efficient performance.
Detailed speed optimization to improve user experience.
SEO Audit:
Conduct a thorough SEO audit, even though it is already well-optimized.
Implement any necessary SEO improvements.
Bug Fixes:
Correct any current bugs, including those affecting certain functionalities.
Resolve the issue related to new account creation.
WooCommerce Email Processes:
Verify and test all WooCommerce email processes individually.
Ensure the "Subscribe to Newsletter" mailing settings are correctly configured.
Kommo/AMOCRM Integration:
Link all contact forms on the website to Kommo (formerly known as AMOCRM) for seamless lead management.
Integrate the chat button with Kommo to ensure all chat interactions are tracked and managed within the CRM.
Security Measures:
Anti-Spam Protection:
Implement security measures to protect the site from spam attacks.
Use tools and plugins to prevent spam registrations, comments, and contact form submissions.
Migration Process:
Migration Timing:
Migrate the site during low-traffic hours (between 3 AM and 4 AM Tunisian time) to minimize disruption.
Site Overview:
Review the entire site using existing tools to ensure everything is in place.
Email Configuration:
Configure sending and receiving emails with our Google servers.
Google Tools Setup:
Ensure proper setup and integration of the following:
Google Analytics
Google Search Console
Google Tag Manager
Google Optimize
Google Data Studio
Google PageSpeed Insights
Post-Migration Tasks:
Category Division:
Separate categories for Repair/Installation (where clients submit a quote) and Shop (where clients have a "Buy" button instead of "Request a Quote").
Product Injection:
Begin injecting products using pre-prepared Python3 scripts.
Additional Considerations:
Speed Optimization:
Ensure the site remains fast and responsive during and after the migration.
Temporarily eliminate products to improve speed during the transition, with plans to reintroduce them once the site is live.
