Datastudio Report

I have data in a couple tables (MySQL) that I would like to use to build a dashboard that shows the following

Cost of freight as a % of an order after recovered freight cost is removed.
I would like to break this down by a couple of data points such as Carrier/Cust Type/Geo
and I would like to be able to see this for month/week and comparisons from the year prior in the same range.

I need this done asap (today) if possible. Data is all ready to go
