Move Big Spreadsheet to a Queryable Database that works with Tableu

We have a big file - about 1mm+ rows and it is taking much too long to open up in any program via the CPU ie Google Sheets etc. We need to move this onto an online cloud infrastructure that can host the database (csv file) and make it queryable via Tableau. This should not be a difficult task to do for the right person. All computer bids will be ignored. If you want to bid about this - please say something specific about this project (and it is very easy to see if you have a script that just takes part of the context and makes it look like you read it).

There are a lot of other projects I need help with in terms of database so for the right person this could lead to many more gigs.
